- Turned parts with diameters from 0.8 mm to 64 mm for bar stock and up to 356 mm for chucked parts
- Only up to 500 x 400 x 425 mm possible with today's machinery
- Series sizes from 15 pieces up to 1,000,000 pieces, with an average of around 3,000 parts per series
- Processing over 150 tons of titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and high-performance plastics annually
Automation and production infrastructure
Our machinery is on continuous automation designed. The used Systems reduce manual Interventions on a Minimum and enable also in the man-poor Operation one high Process reliability.

Expansion: IT systems and digital process landscape
Our production processes are completely digitized and connected to to a central process control connected. We use own software solutions for machine connection, visualization and order tracking. All Production data are in real-time monitored, documented and analyzed. The enables not only a transparent production, but also a predictive maintenance and continuous process optimization.
Extension: Project management and technical communication
For more complex Projects place we dedicated technical Contact person to the Disposition. Our Project management provides for clear Votes, binding Timings and direct Feedback with development, Manufacturing and Quality assurance. Technical DrawingsCAD data and Test plans become on request together with the customer coordinated and audit-proof documented.
