TEBIT is training its own specialists. Every year young people complete their apprenticeship for commercial and technical professions in TEBIT’s own training centre. After graduation they are further developed to become highly qualified specialists. This has lead to a motivated team with technical know- how, strong innovation spirit and family ties.
