Our application process
Once your application has been received in our applicant management system, your documents will be checked for completeness and forwarded to our HR managers.
A decision will then be made on the suitability of your application for the advertised position. If you have submitted an unsolicited application, we will check whether and where there is an employment opportunity for you.
As soon as a final decision has been made, you will receive a reply from us either by telephone or e-mail with further information.
Please bear in mind that we will usually respond to your application within 1-2 weeks.
This period may be slightly shorter for applications for advertised positions and slightly longer than usual for unsolicited applications.
If your qualifications do not match any vacancies at the present time, there is still the possibility that we will include your application in our pool of applicants for a later date. We will contact you in any case for this purpose.

At TEBIT, we consider onboarding to be the decisive step in ensuring that our teams work together optimally and that new employees are provided with all the information they need for their work.
A customised induction plan is drawn up in close cooperation between the HR department and the respective area of activity. In addition to task-specific training, this also includes basic training and instruction on our QM system or general company processes. We also hold regular feedback meetings to ensure that our new employees are successfully integrated into our company.
